2024 Walks Review
JapSpitz Hosted Walks
What a Great Year . . .
2024 saw us meeting up across the country with our white balls of fluff, with events from as far North as Aberdeen to Maidstone in the South East.
This year, we increased the number of walks which started the year at Box Hill in Surrey, then our regular haunts of both Heaton Park in Manchester and Beacon Hill Country Park in Leicestershire.
Over to West Yorkshire had a new venue at Pontefract Park, Wakefield, and Scotland was held at Canada Wood & Falkirk Wheel Circular being close to Falkirk and we added walks in the North East at Hardwick Park, Sedgefield, Hazelhead Park Aberdeen, Basingstoke Common in Basingstoke and Mote Park in Maidstone.
The weather wasn’t always kind to us, but that never dampened our spirits with the “the white fluffy army” coming out in force in all of the weathers.
A huge thank you to our hosts for sourcing the venues and being a point of contact, and to everyone who attended, sometimes in inclement weather, thank you, thank you –
without you, these events would never take place.
